Coaching works best when there is space for reflection, experimentation, and steady support over time. Many clients find that working together for a few months allows meaningful change to take hold.

Monthly Coaching

$200 / month

Up to four 60-minute coaching sessions each month.

• Flexible pacing depending on what support you need

We begin with a slightly longer welcome session to explore your strengths, goals, and what you’d like support with.

This option continues month-to-month and can be paused or ended at any time.

3-Month Coaching Plan

$500

For clients who want to give coaching real space to unfold.

Three months allows time to understand patterns, experiment with new approaches, and build momentum without rushing the process.

Includes:

• Up to four 60-minute sessions per month

Many clients choose this option when they know they’d like steady support for a while.
