$200 / monthThree sessions per month at a pace that's consistent without being overwhelming. We begin with a welcome session where I get to know your history with ADHD, what's been hard, what your strengths are, and what you'd like to work toward. That gives our sessions a foundation to build from.
Month-to-month, with no long commitment required. Pause or end anytime.
3-Month Coaching Plan
$500For clients who want to give the work real space to unfold. Three months allows time to understand patterns, experiment with what actually fits, and build momentum without rushing. Most meaningful change needs more than a few weeks to take hold.
Three sessions per month. One commitment, better value.
