Lavender Path ADHD Coaching
ADHD coaching for adults who want clarity, and a way forward that fits.
Find your calm. Create your path.
You are capable.
You are tired.
Both can be true.
If you’ve been working harder than it should take, you’re not alone.
I help adults with ADHD create a clearer, steadier way forward.
Together, we make sense of what’s next.
I’m Denise
ADHD coach.
Mother of two.
Late-diagnosed with ADHD.
I know what it’s like to work hard and still feel behind.
For years, I tried to do things the “right” way.
Organized, consistent, by the book.
I believed more effort would fix it.
It didn’t.
When things finally made sense, I stopped trying to force what didn’t fit and started building ways that actually supported me.
That perspective shapes how I work with clients every day.
Ready to take the first step?
If you’re looking for something more than “try harder,” you’re in the right place.
Coaching with me isn’t about productivity hacks or perfectly color-coded systems.
It’s about understanding:
• why things feel heavy
• how your brain actually works
• what supports you
• what gets in your way
• how to move forward
We build strategies that feel like they belong to you, not borrowed from someone else’s life.
possibly repetitive to right. maybe add after comma in last line on left “and are curious about what comes possible,” (although you’re in the right place is repeated in section above, so fix somehow, then move this up and move logo, or add an image rather than the right block of text? think about it. add adhd understanding of top bullet maybe too if I keep the right section.
Who I Work With
I work with adults who are tired of managing everything the hard way.
Many are late-diagnosed or long-suspecting ADHDers who have spent years feeling “almost there”. They are capable, thoughtful, creative but quietly overwhelmed by the invisible effort of daily life.
Some arrive feeling scattered.
Some arrive carrying shame or self-doubt.
Some know exactly what they want but can’t seem to begin.
Some simply want to understand themselves more clearly.
If you recognize yourself here, you’re in the right place.
I work especially well with adults who:
• want clarity more than productivity hacks
• feel overstimulated or stretched thin by life
• have tried systems that don’t stick
• crave calm, not pressure
• want to build self-trust, not just new habits
You don’t need a diagnosis.
You don’t need a perfect plan.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to be curious about what becomes possible when you stop forcing what doesn’t fit.
“You have to take a leap of faith and believe that living an authentic life of personal power and pride is more important than the fear and pain that have been holding you back.”
